I have a Panasonic Laptop. Tough Book CF-Y7. The BIOS is locked down with a password and I need to reset it so I can boot from disk. Is there a CMOS battery on this to reset the BIOS. I wasn't able to find anything online. Anyone ever worked with Tough Books?

I would switch from AT&T and go to Comcast. Cable crushes DSL any day and better quality. Currently torrenting and listening to a radio stream.

It has to do with the quality of the connection. If she is wired in then the quality will get better but it does not sound like she has this option. I use skype and when there is a lot of network activity the quality drops. Video chats draw a hefty amount of network useage and demands a lot...

I want to run an Untangle box. But want to build a small box with a PCI card.. Is there such thing as a Dual Ethernet "PCI" card? I can only find PCI-e. Would there be any problems using a dual port card? One port would be inbound and other is outbound?

I personally have never touched XHTML.. CSS and HTML/PHP is all ive done. XHTML is really strict. Might be worth your time to check out HTML5

Photoshop works great. I use Photoshop for all of my slicing and Illustration to do anything text wise such as a logo. Never was a fan of Fireworks.

Is the only thing I found which is sounds like you tried. But you can change the opacity in Excel. The only other option is find a PSD or PND of a water mark to use or make your own in GIMP / Photoshop.

Run ATF-Cleaner just to clean out the temp files and prefetch. But the only think I could suggest is open it on the monitor you want and then maximise it in that monitor.. once its max'd just closed it and re-open... Ive only seen this issue with Citrix and it had to do with a version of Citrix.

Sometimes you can find multiple themes you'd like to see all in one... which i dont think would help due to his brain issues :p Depends one where you look you might find someone willing to help :)
