    Im planing to use that debian to paravirtualize 2 other debians more with openvz. Is that good? I really like openvz. So I will have esxi5->Win7 ->winxp(*) ->Debian-Openvz->ispconfig appliance ->gameserver ->vps(*)

    Yes, im using e1000g for nfs-esxi5, (well and for everything else). (Sync is disabled) I wonder should I use nfs?, with scsi could work faster?. Also if I dont use zfs, just ext4 raid 1 soft, would be faster?.
