Raja... would you happen to know if ASUS plans to release AI Suite 3 on Windows 10 for the x79 Deluxe?

    Sapphire 6950 Dirt3 Crossfire + BF3

Congrats! I'm really on the fence about buying them due to all the problems I'm hearing now with Skyrim and Crossfire. They're a fantastic deal on paper but seem like a nightmare support-wise from AMD.

    Sapphire 6950 Dirt3 Crossfire + BF3

So I was planning on getting MSI Twin Frozr III 570's in SLI but I couldn't find them in stock anywhere. After doing a little more research, I ran across the whole unlocking of the 6950's and it's definitely peaking my interest in terms of bang for buck. Unfortunately I've had very bad...

MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III PE/OC vs EVGA 570 Classified

Correct, but also if it were using 1400 consistently, people with 1gb and 1.25gb cards would be totally choking which we aren't seeing. Surprisingly, we're seeing 1.25gb 570's outperform 2gb 6970's at times. This is why I think it's "fishy" until someone does a comprehensive analysis of it in...

MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III PE/OC vs EVGA 570 Classified

The video ram issue for BF3 is still kind of fishy. No one has done a really comprehensive analysis on how it utilizes VRAM. However, the general consensus right now is that it will just use whatever amount you have to the max like Windows does. 570's with 1.25gb are not hitting any type of...

MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III PE/OC vs EVGA 570 Classified

Recommendation/Thoughts on which one is a better purchase? Will be SLI'ed and paired with a O/C'ed 2700k. Gaming res will be 1900x1200... targetting BF3/Skyrim as the main games. Thanks in advance.

    The VRAM Debate

Is there a review that says they dynamically adjust the detail when the vram gets low? Would like more info on this.

    Intel Leaks i7-2700k

Looks like the 2700k is officially launched today. Intel retail recommended price is $332. 2600k price remains at $317. 15 more bucks for a much better chance to hit 5ghz... not bad at all.

    Pre-test of Latest Intel Top-Level 4-Cores CPU i7-2700K

If the average OC of the 2700k has improved to 5 ghz (up from 4.5-4.8 average of the 2600k), it's already an improvement. 2500k's hitting 5.2 certainly isn't the "norm."

    Evga GTX 570 Classified?

Interested also in how close it comes to the 580 since I might get 2 of them to run in SLI. But for the OP, if you haven't yet, I would recommend you to check the newegg reviews and the EVGA forums on the 570 Classy. Seems there are a number of people having stability problems with the...

    Intel Leaks i7-2700k

It's not about needing it overclock to 5... it's about wanting it to. Realistically, the 2600k by itself is more than capable enough by itself without overclocking it. But since we like OC'ing, why wouldn't I want to buy something that overclocks more with the exact same cooling I would have...

    Intel Leaks i7-2700k

Yeah thats why I said it was probably unlikely that it was new stepping since the engineering sample was the same thing. The main part in waiting is because rumors that are coming out are that the 2700k are cherry picked cores that overclock better. Worth the wait since I want to get as much...

    Intel Leaks i7-2700k

Few months. Don't really have a immediate need for it yet so I can hold out. However there are a few things the 2700k can be... 1) It can be a 2600k (same stepping, same rev) with just a higher multiplier as you say 2) It could also be better quality cherry picked cores as some articles...

    Battlefield 3 Beta Performance Thread

Question for all the 570 SLI owners... hows the VRAM hitting the limit working for you maxed in Ultra? Any hiccups associated with it? Was about to buy a pair of 570's but then people are saying that BF3 is maxing out their VRAM up to 1.4 so wanted to see if it was still a wise choice over...

    New Rig Advice

Wow really... darn I thought the only game I might have trouble with was Metro at that res with 2 570's. Guess I'll have to add Crysis to that mini list since going 2 580's would be a little overkill for the res I'm aiming for. But I am curious about the microstuttering I've been hearing...

    New Rig Advice

Thanks everyone for all the responses so far! @ Elf - For the 60 FPS thing... I definitely play alot of shooters which is why I wanted it. It's annoying when you turn... the frames slow down and throw off your twitch reflex. Plus I kind of feel if I'm going to be spending 400+ on a 580 or...

    New Rig Advice

So I was planning to buy a new rig to prep for BF3, Diablo 3, Skyrim, etc... but I'm having quite a dilemma on the video card route I wanted to take. Since I wanted this rig to be able to max out any game at 1900x1200 while maintaining 60+ FPS... My choices now are... 1) EVGA 570...
