I paid on the 31st of October and haven't received the item or a refund yet even though he offered.
I have since escalated my claim through PayPal since he is ignoring all contact. It's always sad to see people scammed like this.
I have used tenkeyless or reduced size keyboards exclusively for many years now and will never go back. It's always just as easy to have a separate 10 key that you can put away when you aren't using.
Cherry switches with dampeners is pretty quiet. Especially Browns or Blacks. They are pretty quiet without dampeners as well if you practice on not bottoming out.
If you're willing to spend that much on a power supply I would look at silence(fanless) and lower wattage power supplies. The x650 will run that system with ease.
I think other manufacturer's have better track records with motherboards, but if your reason for that board is 3 PCIEx16 3.0 and cheap then it's the one you want. I would consider the Gigabyte Z77 UD5H as well but it is more expensive.
I would choose a Kingwin Stryker 500w fanless if you are interested in silence. Or in that case a SeaSonic X400/460. Tsumi is absolutely correct about the wattages though. Don't forget about the amperage on your 12v rail as well when choosing the correct power supply.
A memory upgrade would be cheap. An SSD would be a cheap very noticeable upgrade. Your 940 at that clock speed is still good enough for most games. If anything you might buy another 460 to SLI with your current to keep your system valid for a longer time period.
I think the difference will be at what price point. They are both fairly equal in terms of performance but at different price points. How much do you want to spend? I think at this point you could spend less with AMD and get the best performance at those resolutions.
I love AMD cards. Their overclocking prowess, affordability, and consistent quality are always winners in my book. Love their most recent drivers as well.
