I have 22 92MM panaflo fans that I'm looking to sell.
I'd like $10 per fan with free shipping to the continental US.
Note they are untailed fans (i.e. bare wire instead of a connector) and are new, never used.
They have working RPM sensors and spin up at 5V or more.
Made in Japan...
The temps themselves seem fine. It strikes me a little odd they are so far apart, but since I don't have an X2 that could be normal for all I know.
Generally your temps are fine if they stay under 130F (55C) at full load. If they go north of 140F (60C) then it's time to get worried.
Yeah the gigabit switch for fast file transfers makes sense (only if you have gigabit NIC's of course). But since he only mentioned gaming I assumed (dangerous, I know), he was talking about online gaming performance.
What did you use to copy the drive?
It's basing a lot on one word, but since you said 'copy' instead of clone I'm assuming you just copied all the files to the new drive instead of cloning it. If that's true, it's not booting because the new drive lacks the boot sector Windows creates when...
Your welcome.
I can't really think of what difference it would make, but maybe it would have an effect in certain setups in certain situations. But I doubt it would be noticeable.
Why don't you ask your friend what he's talking about exactly, instead of ripping on me for thinking about...
Thanks for the link fix. Maybe it's because I'm on WinXP instead of Win2k, but I haven't noticed any problems in Multimon yet, and I have my second monitor to the left.
I just always like to throw it out there for the cheap people out there (like myself) who like to try a freeware program...
Exact model numbers would be nice.
But I think I know what you are trying to do and it causes me pain.
You'll need a proxy server to replace ICS on your windows machine. "Proxy" from analogX is the only freeware one I know off the top of my head.
It's used... all the more reason to check it.... Get the Ultimate Boot CD burn it to cd. Boot with it. Run the Maxtor HD check. If that passes, great, then run a partition tool from the UBCD to fix the drive's MBR.
I'm puzzled. What piece of hardware did comcast give you? The fact it has a gateway address of 192.168.0.1 implies to me it's some kind of router (with just one net work port on it perhaps?).... So unless I'm wrong just get a 4port hub or switch for it.
Not really, unless you think it got fried by melting from overheating.
About all you can do is place it in a known to be working properly system and see if you can get any life out of it.
Of course I must assume you have a narrowed it down to a bad CPU and have a second system to test with.
In my experience as a PC tech, I have seen few of all brands of HD's die. Although the 'Deathstars' were by far the worst, closely followed by Maxtor. WD and Seagates so far have been the best.
For all the whining about Newegg unapproved shipping, out of the dozens of drives from them, I...
Personally, I swear by the Badger 155 'Anthem'. If you want to make any kind of fine lines you want some kind of double-action, internal mix airbrush.
If you don't plan on doing any fine lines, just basic application, a Testors Multi-Purpose Sprayer would probably do. Although a really...

Click Ok until the screens close.
it is hard to tell for certain because of the camera angles, but from the looks of it the "extra" part of your mobo should slip behind the two HD trays.
ZZF rocks and is about the same price as newegg when you consider ZZF gives you free 2day while newegg charges a few bucks for 3day shipping. About the only problem with ZZF is they have small selection compared to newegg.
As for HD shipping, while it is technically incorrect to bubble wrap...
hehe, we better slow down before we get into the metaphysical! Although it is a good thing too ponder... Prime stresses the CPU more than games (and thus likely the mosfets too), but games certainly stress a video card more. Chipset would probably be the same in both cases. And technically...
Unless the system shows signs of other problems, e.g. game lockups, random reboots, etc I wouldn't be crapping my pants over Prime dying after 12 hours. About the only thing I can think to double check is your temps after 12 hours of Prime. Prime stresses the whole system and you could be...
I don't know IDL myself but here's my best guess from programming experience.
Where() would probably return a boolean value, and the reverse() would probably switch i's current boolen value to it's opposite.
Course that could be totally wrong, but I don't have time to learn IDL today :D...
