3440x1440
CF usage for me is around 35-75% alternating between two card. I guess I'll have to suck it up and drop it down to medium to get constant 60 fps. I also did the CCC trick too and only loss about 3 fps on 8x.
anybody playing this with an crossfire setup?
If so, how's your fps?
It's a flicker fest for me and i'm getting around 40-55 on everything high without no SSAO, AA, and hairwork. Weird that i'm only using about 2.5gb of vram and about 6gb of ram. Hoping new driver could help with fps and cfx...
This happen to me too. IDK what's the problem. I also get hangup while playing GTA as well and have to manually reset. The second time installing this driver my screens just dimmed themselves and goes back to full brightness only for a little bit. I came from omega and use DDU as well. :mad...
Thank you. I guess i'll hold off on this. Hopefully there will be a freesync/gsync version of this.I used to have 3x dell u2412m eyefinity portrait setup and that takes quite a bit to run games on so going to 4k I think I would need another 290x or maybe two gtx 980.
Anyone here that came from a 34" 21:9 to this? I'm very interested and while having 3440x1440 is nice but the game support is frustrating since I gotta wait for flawless widescreen or patches to play correctly. If so what are your impression? :D
I thought I was the only one suffering from that since no one on the bf4 forum know and thinks I'm running into a vram choke since I was pushing 3600x1920 and now 3440x1440.
Besides that CFX is a double edge sword. So don't expect it to work every single time but when it does. You gonna like...
I'm playing on 3440x1440 borderless with one 290x. On high I get around 60-70fps. I can't do fullscreen because of the horizontal FOV being broken if you play on fullscreen. The funny thing is everybody talking about pirate not being able to set FOV. Well, I got the retail and when I run...
Are you sure? If you stretch the image a little vertically it looks much better imo
also ppl from WSGF also report that 21:9 doesn't work correctly.
If anyone plan to play on an ultrawide 21:9 monitor. I'm happy to report that it doesn't work correctly :(
The game clearly was made for 16:9 then proceed to stretch the image(horizontal FOV is bonked). Despite that surround/eyefinity works fine.
Also I'm on patch 1.3.0

Really depends on how far you sit.I sit about 75-80cm away so it's a lot better than one 24" or my old 3x1 eyefinity portrait setup(it's roughly the size of a 42" tv).
It's just the standard 18-55mm len that comes with the t3i. I guess it's the lighting since i basically open up the window and...

The curve looks great man!! Can you tell us your overall experience with it. I still got some time to return my flat one and seriously considering the curve if the backlight bleed is less than the flat. I only doing photoshop and gaming so it might worth $300 extra.
I finally ditched my 3x1 eyefinity portrait setup for a single 34um95. I don't regret it a all since games are much easier to drive and I don't have to wait for stupid eyefinity fixes :)
Shoot its temping but its a $300 premium over the flat and vesa is still up in the air.
I sold two of my u2412m and waiting impatiently for the AOC or Dell to come out.
Thanks for writing this. I was torn between the LG or sell my two 290x and go for two 980 with the Asus.
Now I might just stick with the LG. My question is how is the backlight bleed/ips glow on yours? Can you take a picture?
I would but the curved one is so tempting when it's around the corner. They have it on Ebay right now and it said dispatch on Sept 24 but it's $1500 so I guess I'll wait.
All 3 of mine are A03. The two bad one are A00 and A01. One had terrible backlight bleed and the other one yellow tint from hell.
I got mine through Amazon as well and I guess I got lucky that I got a good one.
I recently went through this process with greensum about a month ago.
Basically you send your info and some pics to him. After that he will file a claim through DHL and then DHL would schedule a pickup. After that greensum would ask you if you want a refund or a replacement.
I did went...
I played the Alpha and it's got boring fast when you got a good team. Unless there are more than 4 monster and more game modes. I won't be buying this day 1.
OMG I want to order the AOC so bad....
$808 isn't bad but I'm still skeptical about the backlight bleed.

Since 500 is your max budget. Korean 1440p is something to consider.
Since you want multi input CROSSOVER 2720MDP is pretty good. If you want VESA mount it would be $100 more.
I guess I'm spoiled by using IPS for using them so long. I would take image quality over fast refresh rate any day. So colours and viewing angles are important factors to me.
I would but it's a TN. I tried my friend's VG248QE and got immediately disgusted with the colours. Pushing 3600x1920 is no easy task and the jump to 4k would require a 3rd 290x for me. I'd wait for a good 4k IPS panel and going for this
So I woke up this morning and saw this. Should I take flush and take everything apart? I'm running distilled water and deadwater. The water looks clean and I hate to take everything apart after only 3 months. :(
