I'm looking at this software utilities bundle but I have no experience with any of the software included. Anybody have experience with these? Any comments...
This is pretty much a repeat gtx 1030 ddr4. Sneaking in a gimped card with an almost identical name and identical price into the channel for the sole purpose of scamming unknowing buyers.
Seems like a pretty big loss.

We could only hope this guy doesn't accept a settlement and take it all the way but we all know that won't happen. That would need deep pockets and nobody has deeper pockets than Apple.
This will never get to judgment, Apple will settle long before that. Last thing Apple (and all big tech) wants is to get a definitive ruling on the legality of their TOS.
They only show up in search when in stock. Check here for availability:

Scalping 3070s doesn't make sense to me. Those in the market for 3070 (like me) are there specifically for the price. Yet these scalpers think these same people are willing to pay for a 3070 at twice twice the price?!
So the listings I've been watching have dropped from average of $2700 to average of $2100, with one at $2000. Some went down to $2400, still hoping for the best I guess LOL.
Update: Just broke the $2k threshold, one just went down to $1950! So curious to see how low it will go.
I've bookmarked a bunch of 3090s in Craigslist and FB Marketplace specifically to see what happens after this announcement. Will be watching to see how fast the prices start dropping.
I've WFH for the last 8 years. It's not for everybody as there's too many distractions. I've had many co-workers go back to the office because of this.
Imagine that, complaining that the price of top of heap Ryzen CPUs are too high when just over a couple of years ago some of the same posters had no issue paying so much more.
They may be buggy, overrated games but you can't deny they make shit tons of money. Hopefully they handle this correctly, that's a big chunk of money they just spent.
I expect that there will be very few people that will be able to get the upcoming Nvidia cards on launch, and then we will see these cards on price gouging specials soon after. I really doubt everyone would be able to get a card before AMD cards are released.
Playing this with a Thrustmaster T.1600 FCS set, works right out of the box. Ryzen 2700x, 16GB ram, and 5700 XT handles it just fine on the high-end preset 1080p ultrawide. After playing just a few hours I can see myself playing this for years to come.
My policy of not pre-ordering or buying on release week has been validated once again. I was so excited for this too as WC3 was one of my favorite games ever. This made me realize that the giants of my gaming life are either gone (LucasArts, Interplay, Westwood, Sirtech, Sierra, Microprose) or...
