I prefer a bank. In my experience the buyer withdraws the money there. I take it, give the item, and deposit the cash back in. Everybody goes home happy, no temptation for shenanigans.
I like it a lot. And this is my first experience playing an MMO. It feels like I am playing Mass Effect but on a much larger scale.
Whatever happens though, you have got to give credit to EA for taking risks. We wouldn't have innovation without risk takers.:)
The cards are listed with VGA Standard Return Policy which has no restocking fee. I ran into the same $82 so I called them and they removed the restocking fee.

Thank you, sir. And may I recommend to everyone:

This is why I think a few econ classes should be required in college. Then less people will support crazy ideas...
Increasingly I am starting to view buying games as buying a service... Similar to how you buy a plane ticket which gives you the right to fly from A to B at a certain time, but doesn't mean you own the seat. 5 installs thats it, 1 flight thats it. I factor that into deciding what price I am...
If the internet blackout is permanent nobody would die in the short-term, but the world will be poorer and eventually population levels will drop. Before you say that is a good thing, remember that you will be poorer. So what is a use of clear empty highways when you can't afford that STI to...
The OP never said they were doing it deliberately. Plus it doesn't matter if you are flipping burgers or designing the next Mars rover, you've been given a job and you should be able to do it well. If not, you should be trained up or replaced. If it simply isn't possible, then the company should...

Mint for general browsing & email, openSUSE for homebanking, and Ubuntu for.. umm "videos":D. All on a Windows 7 machine with MSE. I didn't install Chrome or Firefox on the windows machine to discipline myself, and hid the IE shortcut. If any of the the vm's start getting fishy I delete...
I was going to buy 2 7970s to replace my 6970, but then saw a CFX review on another website and saw the miserable BF3 performance which convinced me to hold back. Now I am glad I did. I can play BF3 on high on my Eyefinity setup with 1 card (around 35 fps). That will do.
Once Kepler comes...
What games do you play or plan on playing?
Even if you were running Eyefinity, I would say no if you already have 2 6970s. I just bought a 7970 since I only had 1 6970 and it was struggling in BF3 6036x1200. Sure I could have bought another 6970 for $350, but I decided to splurge with the...
BF3 will not have black bars on the bottom or top of your screen This is from personal experience (I have 3 1920x1200 monitors). You can also look for BF3 eyefinity videos on youtube to see what it looks like.
I haven't played skyrim to know for sure, but I suspect the answer is no blacks...
Whatever, they can find new jobs.... Progress is great for society but also means some people will have to find new jobs. Surely you don't want the telephone companies to go back to switchboards so all the operators that were laid off can have their jobs back?

Here's an old question I got asked for the planning & analysis dept of a casino company:
I failed the question, but still got hired because apparently I spoke well.
My company does the same thing. We have a team that tries their best to intercept negative postings about our service and turn them around. They also try to find potential revenue generators, like when a certain celebrity tweeted how unhappy she was with a competitors service we offered her an...
I agree with your first point, but I lay it on the feet of game developers. It sucks for us hardware nuts but I guess that fact that you can play 1920x1080 with a cheap 560 Ti is great for PC gaming since it is more accessible.
To you 2nd sentence I guess I am one of the few who game triple...
Where are you seeing these $400 3GB 580's? Are these brand new sealed or refurb? I would love to buy 1 for that price.
Newegg has $589 as the cheapest.
Cool.
You know what is scary is that if you knew the proper technique (were a trained dentist) you could pull most teeth out with minimum force. My dad used to do it to all his patients. He would ask them about their day, how their kids were, the dog whatever and by the time they finished he...
There are too many typos and also some painful sentence structures... But great review as far as testing!
For BF3 triple-monitor gamers a 7970 is now the best option considering the heat, power draw, and noise a 6970 CFX setup generates or the price of 2 580s. I will buy 1 when it is available...

The jalopnik guys also say winning the lambo means he would have to pay 100K in taxes:eek: Damn government....
Sometimes, if only a few people can do it. As always, supply and demand will determine pay.
But I never said that physically demanding or assembly jobs are not worth it or any good. I am just saying that not everybody who is calling for or supporting the need for manufacturing jobs really...
Not if they use robots. I see 1-10 per product as a good thing. The less people we need to produce 1 thing the more things we can produce. It took a hefty chunk of the population to produce food 1000 years ago. So when you go to a local market, you can buy mostly food. Go to the markets of today...
Ok, however doing the same thing everyday wouldn't be very attractive to me.
I also have a problem with how people define manufacturing, but this blog post over at Slate illustrates my point 100x better:
http://www.slate.com/blogs/moneybox/2011/12/12/let_them_eat_food_preparation_jobs.html
Teslas?
I never understand why people are so focused on the "manufacturing" or specifically "assembly" of a good. There are so many things involved in producing a good from identifying a concept, creating a design, creating the production process, identifying supplies, managing the logistics...
Once inflation becomes too high they'll stop printing and start taking out money. The Fed has the power to expand and contract the money supply. I prefer this flexibility than to have a suicide pact with the value of gold.
Here's a snippet from the article talking about Germany:
Battlefield 3 FTW!
Ron Paul... some of his ideas are great, but going back to the gold standard is nuts.
Here's is a brief history of what led to the great depression of the 1930s and to Hitler in Germany:

The gold standard didn't help.... Sorry...
