At 240Hz on OLED is there advantage in running BFI at 120Hz instead? Presumably if you can't hit 240 then you may as well. Can this do BFI@120 given the lack of support on the more recent lg tv's?
I'm surprised we haven't seen any higher refresh rate options yet. We have all sorts of ultrawides with high refresh now 3840x1600, 5120x1440, 2560x1080, I know this is a lot of pixels in comparison, but still you'd think with 8K coming and 4K @144 that this would be doable at least to 100-120Hz
two photos from the D7500 - one is from Patagonia after the crack happened in 2018 showing the camera worked in less than ideal conditions.

The other shows the aberration that might be from dust on the right side of the...
Ok here are some photos - D7500 has the flip out screen - here you can see it working despite the cracks even when pulled out from the body. The touchscreen still works too. This crack happened in 2018 on a trip to Patagonia and has been stable since. It survived the weather in Patagonia...
Possibly a bit of dust I assume - I can send you an example photo - I only see a minor abberation when shooting a blank white background showing up as a slightly darker circle. I don't notice it when shooting normal photos. I can take some photos of all the gear and the screen as well, might...

2500 a month pretax ain't much if you are taking the risk of doing it full time where that amount can be changed any day by some guy at google. When facebook changed their algorithms to basically only show pages who pay them, my page views dropped 20x because I can't afford to pay facebook. So...

Sorry for no reply - was away on vacation. I got mine because they usually ask me to review their blocks before they get announced (extremerigs.net). No doubt you don't need pics anymore as you have it, but they are on the website along withe some data based from testing the intel version on...
Kyle you might want to talk to Koolance, I have their new threadripper block now, though my TR bench isn't up yet so I'll have to test the Intel version first before starting the new bench in jan.
4K at 27" is just fine, scaling at 150% works in most situations. Now 4K at 15" is a different story. Bigger is always better though so if you can afford the same quality in a 30-32 then I would go there. Personally I wouldnt' get something pricey now. Wait another year if you can though...
