After endless reading and banging my head on the table I was able to get os installed. I tried all kinds of crap. End result was this: using bios 3404 tried newer and wouldn't work. In bios set to raid for Intel ports.( Currently plugged into SATA 3GBs port) CSM set to legacy for boot options...
