The mounts are from Multibrackets - 3 x M VESA Flexarm 360 II; the one for the main monitor is custom made - a 10x10 cm metal plate attached to the horizontal beams.

8030 BPM. Definitely. Worth every cent. I had a pair of Dynaudio BM 5A (Mark I/ first gen) before. For me there is a noticeable difference between the two.
More than enough for this room (21 sqm/ 226 sqft), I think 8020 might be OK too.

Yes - the monitor is tilted at a 15-20 degree angle from the horizontal. So, in the case of a large earthquake, chances were that without that strap the monitor might fall off the desk.
