Hey Bill. Not sure if it does this but here's an idea.
Use the gauge on top for overclocking. More overclock, higher the gauge reads. It looks to be an A/F gauge but the colors are wrong for that.
What gauge is it? lol.
I just don't get why people hate Steam's DRM. It's not like it's GFWL.
Is it DRM? Sure, i'll give you that.
Does it slow down you PC? Then you might want to upgrade, runs great on my Dell XPS13 and it's an Ultrabook.
Like others have said, times change. If you don't like it, fine, don't use...
Just a quick note. If you are going to leave the HDD cage out then unscrew the plastic pieces on the top and bottom. Did it on mine and it cleans it up a bit.
Looks great overall. I was thinking about doing another Corsair closed loop cooler but I went [H] and did a full custom loop.
I would agree about getting WC to work in that case. I would look at getting a new case that would benefit from your WC dreams, lol.
I have a CaseLabs M10 and I love it. just to point you in a direction.
I have seen a bunch of people do the all in one coolers on their GPU's on here. Some of them are in the Ghetto Mod thread.
I guess what are you looking for? Better OC's, temps, what?
Doing a custom loop won't be that bad. I can guarantee that the cooling performance of a custom loop will be...
Yea, I really want to see the 900D.
I have gone the last two years but I wouldn't call it exactly fun. I had to pay my own way and work the show.
So this year I decided that I wasn't going. Going to sit at home and watch the news pour in. I am pretty sure that [H] doesn't go to CES.
It is fun...
I put this in my other thread but it got buried, lol.
The tubing in my Raystorm kit has turned color. I flushed the loop and replaced the water in it. I thought that it could be that I just didn't get out all of the junk before I put it together. Well that wasn't it. The distilled water has...
Not really sure about my plans, lol. Gonna let it ride for awhile and see what happens. I have a degree in Automotive High Performance but it's only an Associates degree. I wanted something more so back to school I go. Once i'm done I will have both a Bachelors and an Associates! Woohoo, lol...
Got another question everyone. Bought that kit but the clear tubing is not stained :(. Using distilled water and a kill coil. Any good clear tubing suggestions?
It's right around 68f in my house during the winter. Using CoreTemp btw, since it displays on the Logitech keyboards.
Thanks everyone for you input. Now I either have to find a waterblock for this 580 Classified or buy a new 680 Hydro Copper. I have looked around for the waterblock but it seems...
I have this kit HERE
What I am wondering if that would be enough radiator for a 2600k at 4.2Ghz and a 680 Hydro Copper. Right now my temps are 45c on Prime for 8 hours. There is only one set of Gentle Typhoon's doing a push config. I could add the pull's if I needed.
Just trying to get an...
This is one of my favorite threads by far. All of the clean rig's on here are an inspiration for anyone looking to build or upgrade their PC.
The only thing that I hate is when people quote someone and all their pic's.
I have posted mine in here, but, I rebuilt my LanBox but I still haven't...
Not sure if it is me but I had so many problems with their RAM that it wasn't even funny. I think I RMA'ed 5 or 6 kits of RAM. One of the weird ones was the kit with my Rampage III Extreme. The RAM wouldn't run at 1600mhz, nothing I did changed it. After reading around I found out that it was a...
That is a really nice case. I have the M10 from CaseLabs and love it. Kinda weird that my case is bigger but your's was more $$$. Then again, if you don't want a double wide, lol, that seems like the case to go with.
I like it!
I'm wondering why you didn't put the radiator in the case? I have that same case and mine fit, just wondering that's all.
3 480's are CRAZY, lol. I like it.
Always glad to hear that something was figured out in the end.
It seems like you have more to loose selling something with PayPal then buying with PayPal.
Regardless, I have had one weird transaction on [H] but I wouldn't hesitate to sell something or buy something again off of the forums.
Are you stuck on that reservoir? The only reason I ask is I just bought that XSPC kit and it works great. It has the D5 pump in the reservoir, might be able to save you some $$$. But, it you really like that reservoir I understand.
Anything I should know or look for? I haven't used Mac's in a very long time. Probably 95 was the last time. Gonna use it for school and as the 3rd computer. Wondering if it will have any problems seeing my WHS 2011 box on my network.
Other than that i'll put Steam on it and see what it can...
WC does take some skill to put together and work efficiently. The pre-made kits that are sold are pretty darn good. I'm thinking of picking one up myself for the next build. I would read the sticky on WC, it really helped me out. Also, ask lots of questions, I did and it broadened my look on WC...
Yea, I had some stability issues with the PLL at 1.88v. It would BSOD and then lock up. So, I set it back to auto and it runs great. Gonna keep it were its at. Runs like a champ. I really see no reason to upgrade anytime soon. It handles everything that I throw at it with ease.
