Yes, I was suprised too. Crashes at +141 on the core, and any higher on mem seems to have no benefit. Mem crashes at +340. At the settings I listed, I've run at least 5 loops of heaven and played bf3 for several hours.

It's not that I have a hard-on for realism, I just want to be able to use my force feedback wheel with the game and not have the controls so skewed toward the arcade feel that it doesn't feel intuitive. In other words, I wouldn't want this game to feel like Trackmania.

Even with GW2 performance optimizations, I'd imagine serious drops in framerate whenever the action is at its most intense. I wouldn't go with anything less than a 7950.

I just had the realization that I prefer a matte screen on a laptop. I hadn't realized that both of the choices I was previously considering...the DM1z and the Aspire One, both have glossy screens. What choices do I have now? I don't mind using ebay to get a used laptop, I just don't know...
