Finally got my new service installed and I am glad to report no issues currently. Thanks for all the feedback but I have tried everything but Comcast is still unable to provide me with reliable high speed internet.
I need to build my self a new desk, currently have a 86 Steel Case desk I ended up inherating from work for free. I like it, but it needs some touch up work.
I have had several technicians come out to check out my lines and every time I get told the same thing. Cable lines in my small town are just very very bad, it seems to bad they wont even dare offer high definition cable service. I have lots of channels on my TV that are very fuzzy and ghosting...
Dropping Comcast since my cable is unreliable and constantly delivers only 10% of the throughput I am paying for. I have tried everything, new modem, new cables, ETC. Tech states the area I live in just has bad cable service.
I had Verizon a few years back but had no problems with the...
Its ridiculous, movies should be available on the day they are released on DVD to all forms of media. I mean shit, its not like the screener or R5 hasn't already hit the internet and killed their sales anyway.
If you have only had the phone for a year, and you bought it brand new (or received it brand new from ATT/Verizon/ETC with your contract) its still very likely its under the year manufacture warranty. I would contact your provider and see if they offer some soft of RMA process or service.
If u have a piece of Styrofoam you can just cut it in half, carve out a place for the processor then tape it together. I'm interested if you wanna PM'ME
I am currently using my old socket 939 build from 2005 as my Linux Server. Wondering if it would be worth upgrading the CPU from 3800+ to a 3800+ X2 or higher? Do you think its worth the $20 to upgrade a 6 year old computer??
I use this PC for development use, folding@home,SABnzbd...
I have the Asus N43JF-A1 and as soon as I got it in the mail I added a OCZ Vertex 2 and never looked back. Computer cold boots in less then 15 seconds to full windows desktop and it shuts down in less then 5 seconds.
This Vertex 2 is SATA II, which is more and likely what your laptop will...
If you Google for Unetbootin this utility will make a USB drive boot-able with any Linux ISO u can find. If you want to install Windows you can google on how to make the drive boot-able and just then simply copy over the files from the CD. If you want easier, there is an application that will do...
Are magic cards really worth anything now? I still have a ton of them but most are very used since we actually played the game...srs....srsly. (Sometimes we would be at each others throats, we as in my friends.)
Did I ever mention how much I hate computers? I just upgraded to a LGA1366 thinking they would make new chips for at least another year.
FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Everything should be good, I have used my current power supply in two builds and its still running strong. Just if you notice anything different, or whining coming from the back of your computer its time to get a new one.
I just bought an Asus n43jf-A1 and I love it. I was able to find it for 829.99 online and decided to bite. Its very fast with the Core I5 and it runs BC2 pretty much perfect with the 425M.
The only think you can really do is see if your NIC is getting an IP during the first few minutes at boot. If its still searching or waiting for the DHCP server I would try and set the IP static.
Why not let the people who buy your console do what they want to do with it software wise? Whats so wrong about homebrew? Users making free games and applications? I mean common Sony, the ps/3 was not ready at launch software wise, and NOTHING you stands out from the competitors. If you would...
I recently bought this enclosure since my laptop and desktop both have USB 3.0 and I was not able to get more then 30MB/s. I even plugged in a OCZ Vertex 2 into the enclosure but still never reached anything higher then 30MB/s.
Maybe you just get what you pay for, or I was doing something...
