Every review I've seen is pretty much the same...People calling AMD out for over-promising...fake benchmarks... and under delivering...Where are these "pretty high marks" at?
The only difference between the EVGA GTX 980 ACX 2.0 and a reference Nvidia card was the cooler. Underneath they're both reference design PCB.
I'm assuming the EVGA GTX 980 Ti ACX 2.0+ is the same but double check before you spend your money.
I really don't understand all of the worship this cooler gets. Other than being able to expand it, it seems pretty average compared to sealed AIO coolers...if you're going to go through the trouble of expanding you might as well just buy a custom cooler.
I seriously dont understand the hate for CLC/AIO around here.
This is an H110 with stock fans setup as pull and exhaust.
This is after running Aida64 for an [email protected] volts and the system is quiet enough to hear when my hard drive starts and stops spinning.
The owners and players are two sides of the same coin and are nothing without each other.
*Not on either side since they all make more than enough money to be happy...the owners and players
I wouldn't even accept the check then. Sometimes checks take a while to come back as bad.
Besides if their at the bank have them go cash their own check and give you cash.
Same system...1st pic with H50, 2nd with Noctua. Nowhere near as neat as some of the stuff posted in this thread but 1000% percent better than my old system using an Antec Three Hundred.
No problems with my P67A-UD4 with i5 2500K @4.4.
If I would have chosen this board in the first place I could have saved myself from a 2 week headache...
Download the CPUID reviewers kit and run CPUZ. That will show your stepping.

AFAIK D2 is the better stepping.
Same here. I have voltage set to 1.31 and cpuz is reporting it at 1.288 but it drops all the way to 1.25 with LLC set to high.
When I have voltage set to offset I get an instant freeze as soon as I start p95.
It was randomly setting it anywhere from 100.3 to 103 until I set it to manual.
Now I have a new problem...random freeze ups when doing next to nothing. If there isnt a bios update this week I'm going to have to take this pos back to the store.
Wow I had the exact same problem!
After turning it off and on a few times I finally got into bios and set my memory to 1333 and so far that problem is gone but still, I have never had so many random issues with a single motherboard in my life.
Supported ram wont run at rated speeds...
