    1. I haven't played enough to look for server browser, but IIRC, BFV or was it BF1?, also had no browser at release, it came later. 3. It does to have all chat, you have to cycle thru to it 4. yes it does, press tab (pc), it's just in a different format (edit: I apologize, It seems it only...

Newegg to start charging sales tax to eight new states starting July 1st

As expected, I see you ignored all the links I gave you, so you learned nothing.. oh wait, you say they are out dated, even though they are from 2016, 2107, and 2019... so you won't accept my experience, and now you won't accept the proof you asked for, and some how, using google to get the...

Verizon isn't cheaper than AT&T on 95% of there services. Unlimted plans, they are higher prices, majority of all other plans.. higher prices. But, you don't have to take my word for it, the statistics are out there for your little fingers to look up. Now, you may have been lucky and got in on...

Newegg to start charging sales tax to eight new states starting July 1st

First, I understand exactly how the sales tax work, as i am in a state that use to not be charged sales tax by Newegg and others. As for bragging, no.. it has nothing to do with that. You believe most consumers go for lowest price, with no regard to service be it online or B&M.. you are...

AMD boost (beta) fix - tested by Toms

Did you clear your cmos after installing and load defaults/optimized settings, make sure all the boost features are turned on, as well as make sure your memory settings are correct in bios after flashing? I know from reading overlockers.net in the crosshair vii hero section, that there are...

Newegg to start charging sales tax to eight new states starting July 1st

I see what you are saying, but it wouldn't work that way. In fact, that is exactly what has been happening now, just in reverse so to speak, but on the consumer end instead. If a company doesn't have it's business entity in the state (be it warehouse, office building, or it's main head...

It's many years of owning 2 businesses, as well as 20 years of being in top management in highly successful companies... So I am not just speaking as a consumer but also from being on the other side of the fence as well. But you can call bullshit all you want. You might shop around, and you...

Newegg to start charging sales tax to eight new states starting July 1st

People complaining doesn't change the facts of business. There will always be people who will want to save every penny possible and not pay sales tax, but in reality, they are the minority, and account for very small portion of the people in the world. Most people don't even comparison shop...

Newegg to start charging sales tax to eight new states starting July 1st

Would they have more sales? Not necessarily. How many gas stations on the same strip in a town have different prices? Does everyone rush to the cheapest priced gas station? Nope! Do those cheaper priced gas stations do more business? Nope! They go to the station that has better quality...

Newegg to start charging sales tax to eight new states starting July 1st

LOL people are leaving Idaho because of the low wages. Cost of living in Idaho is 18th lowest in the nation or place 32 on the high cost of living out of 50 states, but with their low wages, people still can't afford it. (not even sure why cost of living was brought up, as it has nothing to do...

Huh? What? First of all your logic doesn't hold up. Oregon has the 6th highest cost of living in the United states, with New Hampshire and Delaware 10 places below them. Sales tax is not paid by the Business. It is paid by the consumer, so sales tax has zero influence on what a business...

Newegg to start charging sales tax to eight new states starting July 1st

I have been paying sales tax on purchases for a long time. I have no issues with paying sales tax, but I do have an issue on how it's determined what sales tax I pay. The sales tax paid should be based on the location of the business you purchase from, not where I live. Just as brick an...

Your last 10 builds must have been Intel. Look above, i already answered that topic, and it's what you get when one company milks the same technology for years. Never worked a Help desk in my life, owned 2 computer repair businesses however.. you and your geek squad buddies have made me tons...

Pre built systems are usually setup properly.. as for intel, well, when you don't really change much year after year and are stuck on milking the same node for years, what do you expect. AMD's Ryzen is still in it's design is still relatively in it's early stages. The first Ryzen was 14nm...

Ryzen 3000 boost clock controversy - der8auer publishes his survey results, not a good look for AMD

Where does it state max boost is under full load like when doing single core tests in CB15? Hell, with my 2700x, 3DMark shows it hitting over 4600Mhz in some runs. Can it substain that, no, but max boost does bot mean under full load, even under single core loads, nor does it mean that max...

I doubt 99.8 is the lowest. In your screen shots yes.. but it bounces all over, which is normal.. All though I have a different mother board (Crosshair VII hero) in a 2 minute time frame, I have watched it go from 97.9 to 99.9 on my board using cpuz... This is the case for Most AMD ryzen...

Ryzen 3000 boost clock controversy - der8auer publishes his survey results, not a good look for AMD

What are you trying to show us? What I see is you hit a single core boost of 4.525 Ghz which is only 75 below it's spec, which most likely is due to you running your memory at 4600 and not spec 3200 Mgz. Also your bus speed is not consistent and fluctuates when you are not manually...

First what car manufacturer advertises top speed, and where? Is that speed the default speed, or the boost speed? How are those speeds effected by fuel grade, terrain, temperature, tires, etc? Is the motor's horsepower the only influence on the top speed of a car, or does the transmission...

Ryzen 3000 boost clock controversy - der8auer publishes his survey results, not a good look for AMD

That is not how boost clock works. Even Intel's boost clock is not garanteed to be substained as it is all realient on various factors, temperature most of all. Yes, Intel CPU's are generally capable of sustaining single core clock speeds, but it still is not garanteed.

Ryzen 3000 boost clock controversy - der8auer publishes his survey results, not a good look for AMD

People are also not realizing that most of the ryzen motherboards, all though set at a bus speed of 100, are actually running at a bus speed of 99. Which means a 3700x for example will boost to 4356, or there about when hitting the boost multiplier of 44.

Ryzen 3000 boost clock controversy - der8auer publishes his survey results, not a good look for AMD

Ok, it's not 2933.. it is 3200mhz. Thanks for correcting. Recommending higher is in relation to performance overall, not boost clock.

Ryzen 3000 boost clock controversy - der8auer publishes his survey results, not a good look for AMD

No, it wasn't in the video. Higher ram speeds gives you better performance vs higher clock speeds, and yes, I am talking about single core boost.

Ryzen 3000 boost clock controversy - der8auer publishes his survey results, not a good look for AMD

How many of you who are not hitting the advertised boost clock are running your memory faster than the default supported speed, which I believe is 2933Mhz for zen2? When you start increasing the speed of the ram beyond the default supported speed on Ryzen, boost clocks suffer. Happens on Zen+...
