Ok look like either this was not the problem, or the over-voltage for so long just friend the board.
Problem still persists...looks like I have to finally lay the unit to rest :(
Well, all appears to be good. I did volt the output of the new brick before plugging it in and it is putting off 15.12 which is pretty good in my opinion. I'm going to leave it on all night and do some testing with it and see if I can get it to pop anymore, but this seems to have solved the...
The power brick goes into the receiver. Then there is just speaker wire going from the receiver, to the speakers.
If that's considered powered....then I have no idea what an "unpowered" speaker is.
@shineyfalcom
I am sure that it is not due to interference or power spikes. I have monitored the voltage going into it, as well as tried at two different homes. And it is constant as well.
@snufykat
The speakers are not powered. Look up the dtt3500 system and you'll see what I have.
.container .header p,
.table_right p{
text-align: center;;
color: #FFFF00;
font-size: 18px;
}
Controls the font size for the yellow text.
If you want to make the text on the left bigger, just add
font-size: 18px;
line into the .table_left class, then adjust it as you need.
Forgot to add, you can see a working demo here:

If ya don't like it let me what you want to change and I'd be more than happy to help ya out.
After a solid 12 hours of PHP coding all day, some xhtml/css is very relaxing :D
Hope ya don't mind, I rewrote some of your code ;)
I wrote it in tableless XHTML 1.0 with some CSS3. If you view it in a browser which supports CSS3 (firefox, chrome, opera, safari) it will have nice rounded corners on your center box with the text. If you view it in IE they will be square...
Hey guys,
Got a new laptop on the way with a blu-ray drive and I need some software to play them in. I have done some quick google searches without much success.
I curently use VLC, but it does not appear to have native support for blu-ray, and the free blu-ray library for it does not...
Float them all to the left, and just make sure to clear it at the end with something like this:
CSS
.clr{
clear: both;
}
And after your last div that's float left, add
<div class="clr"></div>
I believe a lot of it is about preference. As long as the site maintains easy navigability with a clean look, either way is fine.
I personally use an open design right now. Upon the standardization of CSS3 in all modern browsers (when IE gets up to date and in a few years when fewer people...
Hey guys,
I have a DTT3500 System, and I haven't had it plugged up in say two years or so. The system still works and sounds great, except for a "popping" sound come from the speakers.
I know the problem is not in the speakers, and I have determined that it is with the receiver - or so I...
Props on a fewllow Antec 1200.
If you swap the front fans out for Xigmatek orange's, it looks really sweet!
I'll try to get some pics of my rigs up when I can get my hands on my camera again. Cell phone doesn't quite capture the beauty of the LED's :p
Hey guys,
Looking to buy a SSD for my new laptop soon. One of the fastest I've been able to find for just over $100 is this Zalman http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820118004
Has anyone used Zalman drives? Do they get speeds near their specs? Reliability?
I'm open...
Thanks for the Input. I ended up getting a new HP from their website.
Got the dv7tse with the following specs
• Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
• Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-720QM Quad Core processor (1.6GHz, 6MB L3 Cache) with Turbo Boost up to 2.8 GHz
• 1GB ATI Mobility...
Just curious. I see everyone wanting Intel SSDs, and they seem to be one of the higher priced drives, but their write speeds are 1/2 to 1/3 of most of the other drives such as OCZ, Corsair, etc, which are generally cheaper than an Intel of the same size.
What gives?
Alright guys here's the story.
I want to spend around $800 on a laptop that will be used mainly for coding, but I want the thing to last too. I am willing to splurge a little on price if I find something really really appealing that's a little higher.
I want atleast a 17" screen.
I will...
I recently picked up a 470 from a member on here and had it on an old e6550. It ran well, but I needed to upgrade my proc so I got a Q6600 and have not got a chance to test it out yet on it as I'm still trying to get a stable OC on the Q66.
However - The 470 IMHO would be your best bet, and...
Yeah I'm hoping to get to atleast 3.6. I'm aiming for 4.0
I'm hoping it will hold me out until atleast later in the game of Sandy bridge when prices become reasonable on those chips.
Dang my proc must be bottlenecking me worse than I thought!
At that res with no AA and no AF only on High settings on my 470+ I'm getting some lag. Avg around 30 fps with horrible drops in heavy areas.
Poor e6550 has served me well....Q6600 on its way to hold me over until Sandy bridge...
Because sadly, people come in and would rather spend that to "fix" their computer from 2000, instead of spending 300 on a new computer..
I worked at Best Buy...I quit because crap like this drove me nuts!
How much paste did you use?
I had a 930 give me temps similar to that all because I accidentally squirted too much paste and thought it would be fine.
Also, have you checked the level of the base of you heatsink?
