I downloaded CPU ID and Easy Tune 6 for the MOBO and looked at the temperatures again.

I'm seeing this temperature in the BIOS. I think you might be right in the MATE of the cooler. sounds kinda weird. Maybe I should try the STOCK cooler and see how that works?

If everything is working then I might check your powersupply and make sure that you are giving it enough juice and that the powersupply is not on its last legs. I'd do a full cleaning and make sure the gpu wasn't overheating or something from a build up of dust bunnies.

I've had issues with Gskill before and choose crucial this time around. I paid a little more and they didn't look as flashy but they are rock solid.
