I wouldn't probably miss any pixels either, but the image quality of the IPS-panels is something I would definitely miss.

The wrist rest is just two pieces of foam :D The keyboard is Ducky 1087 with KBC white engraved and light blue blank keycaps.

Here's mine. I'm thinking of extending the desk as I'm all out of space here.

3 of my much loved mechanicals. In order from the biggest to smallest form factor: Ducky 1087 MX Browns - Noppoo Choc mini MX blues - TG3 backlit mechanical with MX blacks.

The BlackWidow actually has poor rollover on the arrow cluster, so I wouldn't suggest that for you.

Nope, Cherry MX Brown requires even less resistance than Blue and doesn't have a pronounced click. Cherry MX Blue is definitely closer to Buckling spring than MX Brown. Both the Model M and BlackWidow have 2KRO.

Consider the Hien G3 Hard version. Now on sale for just under 10$ + shipping.

Works both ways. I've been using a keyboard without a numpad for a few months and using a full size keyboard drives me nuts. The numpad just seems to be waste of space and it makes lining the keyboard to the centre that much more difficult.

The 6gv2 is the best bang for buck only if you're looking for a keyboard with mx blacks. It would be awesome if Steelseries started making the same keyboard with different switches and the same price.
