    PG32UQX - ASUS 32" 4K 144 Hz HDR1400 G-Sync Ultimate

I can confirm that the PG32UQX will support 3840 x 2160 @ 144Hz with 12-bit color and HDR enabled. You need to have a 3000 series Nvidia card (has DP 1.4 ports) to support the DSC 1.2 compression. I have a 3080 (screenshot), 3080Ti, and 3090; these settings work on all three cards with no issues.

    ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080 Ti and 2080 4K Preview @ [H]

The ASUS ROGS STRIX RTX2080TI-O11G GAMING cards were in stock on Newegg this morning and just about half an hour ago. Sold out again, but continue to monitor their website as they currently seem to be getting in several deliveries throughout the day. Also, you might want to save the...

    ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 2080 Ti and 2080 1440p Preview @ [H]

Well, you are gaming 'only' at 1080P, so stick with what you have. Your CPU is more of a bottleneck anyways at that resolution ;-)

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

Not referring to me...I have over 10+ years of experience running SLI in multiple gaming systems. I replaced my two GTX980Ti cards with a single Titan XP and the experience has been phenomenal. I get about the same frame rates in games at WQHD and 4K UHD resolutions with a single Titan XP as I...

Troller, why are you still posting? And why did you send a pic of Chinese garbage?

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

The basic point in this forum is being missed. People want to argue specific performance of a single Titan XP vs. GTX1080 SLI as the key point. Well folks, most of you have it all wrong. Maximum FPS is NOT the single measurement parameter. If you are a veteran gamer, then you should already...

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

No, you didn't own a Titan XP. Nice try, but no pics and it didn't happen. Too late to post as now as no one will believe your claim. Either that, or your Titan XP was defective. Mine works great and I am able to attain fantastic frame rates in every single game with all (or almost all...

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

Yes, as a matter of fact the Titan XP can, but you evidently can't read. Remember, mine is highly overclocked. And why exactly are you using 4x MSAA when it's not required at 4K UHD? Also, +60FPS does you no good on a 4K monitor that is limited to 60Hz.

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

Trandana, I completely disagree with your summation. SLI is inferior to a single card solution no matter what. And things will only get worse for SLI as time goes on. Nvidia has already given up 3-way and 4-way SLI support and regular SLI support is inconsistent at best. Single card...

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

Understood. I own a wide variety of monitors and definitely like being able to attain the highest frame rates possible (depending upon their specifications): Acer XB271HU --> WQHD 165Hz G-Sync Acer XB321HK --> 4K/UHD 60Hz G-Sync Acer X34 --> UQHD 100Hz G-Sync Maybe I should invest in Acer...

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

That is promising, BUT remember Rise of the Tomb Raider was originally developed in DX11 and then later patched to DX12. So, it was easier for the devs to patch the patch to optimize SLI performance. This is not as easily accomplished with games that were developed originally in DX12.

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

What resolution are you playing these games? What kind of monitor do you have?

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

Let us know how the installation and initial testing go. Be forewarned, those are air cooled, so temps will be high inside the same case. I have read several hardware reviews stating SLI does not scale well at all in the new DX12 games. Let us know if it's true!

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

No issues whatsoever when watercooled. Rock solid overclock speeds with GPU @ 2088Mhz and memory at 11200Mhz all day long. Did it 'yo-yo' on clock speeds with the stock cooler? Yes, definitely. As for your decision to use true water cooling vs. Hybrid cooling, I will tell you now that I...

NCASE M1: a crowdfunded Mini-ITX case (updates in first post)

If anyone was curious, I recently installed an EVGA GTX1080 FTW Hybrid card into my M1 NCASE. Please excuse the wire management near the PSU. I plan to redo that over the weekend. For now, I just wanted to get it up and running to see if the card was not defective (which it's not) and verify...

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

Titan XP now water cooled using the EKWB waterblock and backplate. Temps are great! 27C idle, 49C max temp when benchmarking Unigine Heaven 4.0 for over an hour @ 4K/UHD with all settings maxed and 8x AA. Temps during regular 'real world' gaming hover in the mid 30s to low 40s (depending on...

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

Easy challenge - Tom Clancy's The Division @ 4K UHD all settings maxed ;-) My Titan X is able to average 57 FPS (with minimum frame rate of 36 FPS). A single overclocked GTX1080 is no where near that and minimum FPS drops below 30 FPS, which means unplayable in that portion of the game. And...

You missed the point. I said no SLI. It's apparent that you have other issues as the price point came up immediately in your post.

1080 SLI vs Titan X Pascal

Sorry for being late to the discussion! After reviewing all the different opinions within this forum thread, I want to know exactly how many people here actually own a Titan X Pascal (P) and/or GTX1080 SLI configuration? And I mean 'actually own', which means that you aren't just speculating...

    [Freesync] Benq XL2730Z -- 144 Hz, 1440p, 27 inches.

I just saw the BenQ XL2730Z go on sale at Newegg here in the US just this morning. The monitor price is $629.99. The BenQ XL2730Z has almost identical specs of the Asus ROG Swift except for the fact it's a FreeSync monitor. And the price of the Asus ROG Swift is still $799.99 at Newegg (and...

    Fermi - GTX 480 / GTX 470 Power Supply Unit / PSU Buying Guide @ [H]
