So from GPU-Z I see that the VDDC on my 7970 lowers to .85V at idle and goes back up at a load. The curious thing is that by plugging in a second monitor (first DVI, second HDMI, works both ways), the VDDC goes back up to 1.1V and starts pulling 26A... with no load... Is this a known issue...

Is it safe to assume half the effective framerate for a given card at a given resolution vs a 60Hz monitor? I see almost all benches using 60Hz monitors and would like to have an idea of performance at 120Hz.
