yes it amazingly does have speakers even though it doesn't look like there are, and it can actually grab the audio from HDMI as well. Obviously the quality isnt that great. Think cheap PC speakers. But it is a nifty feature and I was using it when testing how the 360 runs on the monitor.

Don't quote me on this, but I remember reading... The F2380 and F2380M are the same generation. The M just adds HDMI... Whereas the MX is the updated version of the M. Thus it also has HDMI.

Yeah for the performance it's definitely a pretty good buy, considering that the NEC 23" is about the same price range, but the NEC have had some reported tint issues. I bought a U2410 for $419 and returned it because I could not stand the tint issues with it. I'm just waiting for more...

The only problems with sRGB and AdobeRGB have been dithering issues on black. However it has since been fixed with rev.01. You can flash rev.00 by yourself as well... The other problems aren't really related (just enhanced in some cases) by the RGB modes. The tinting issues are more to do...

If your issue is indeed with wide-gamut, then that's what the sRGB preset is for. It does a pretty decent job at emulating sRGB color space. If your colors just look "wrong" then it might just be a BAD factory calibration. My first U2410's colors looked like SH*T compared to my replacement...
