    Asrock H270M-ITX/ac Beware Wifi Issue

Glad to see it helped someone else. This wifi card is really great (when connected correctly aha); I purchased the same for my XPS 13 laptop that had problems with its Killer card that dropped the connection randomly.

    Asrock H270M-ITX/ac Beware Wifi Issue

I recently purchased a H270M-ITX/ac and had real trouble with the Wifi range. I had to put the pc next to the router to have signal and even then, the signal was weak. I could not even see my phone hotspot even if the phone was on the case. I filed the form for tech support on the Asrock...

Intel 200 series ITX motherboards (Kaby Lake)

For me, the best feature is the M.2 port on the cpu side of the Asus board. No more thermal throttle because of no airflow.

    Corsair SF600 600w SFX Powersupply

Could anyone tell me what's the diameter of the hole of the fan on the cover of the psu? I'm trying to make an adapter plate for a 120mm fan but I don't have the psu in person.

    N3150DC-ITX Mini-pcie slot and ssd

Yeah I read the manual and it only mentioned wifi card so I ditched that option. I will build everything in an ISK110 case so I don't have room for an other ssd. I'll use 2 TB laptop hdd for my raid1 and then use an adapter card like this one http://eshop.sintech.cn/images/DSC06250.JPG and put a...

    N3150DC-ITX Mini-pcie slot and ssd

Hello, I'd like to build a little NAS box with the N3150DC-ITX board with 2 hdd in raid (controlled by openvaultmedia since the board can't do raid) and use a laptop half height mini pcie ssd like this one: Sandisk 24gb Ssd Sdsa5fk-024g-1002q Half Mini Pci-e Laptop Notebook. Would the board...

    Silverstone SG08 @ Computex

I received an email telling me that a dust filter is coming, at least the customer service of Silverstone was painless for me. Other thing: The rubber dampers for the HDD cage are thin and cheap, I tear one in half only in removing the tray... Anyway I'll probably just throw it away as I only...

    Silverstone SG08 @ Computex

I just received mine. First disappointment, the 180mm dust filter is missing. And the power button is not even centered in his hole. For a 200$ case, that's unacceptable. Hurray for QC, Silverstone. Here's my Newegg review: Pros: Included power supply. Powder coated inside but... (see...

    H55N-USB3

I'm I the only one that find that it takes forever to the board to make it to the Gigabyte logo? At least, more time than my DFI used to take. Also, is there any way to pass the AHCI detection test just before the OS loading message? It takes time too and I hate that. Also, I did not find any...

I flashed to the beta bios yesterday and with ezflash with no problem but when I rebooted the post told me something about bad nvram or something like that and that it needed to load default values. Results: It gave me BSOD when loading windows. I checked the bios this morning to find out that...

    [YourNewCase] SUGO ... 5! GO!

What fans do you use Zyk? I got Gelid Wings in mine but I found them to be damn loud (woosh loud) because they move quite a bit of air. Especially when the case is right on the desk. I might use resistor to slow them a bit

    [YourNewCase] SUGO ... 5! GO!

That's weird. I'm using a i5 with a 5850 without problems. I don't have a dvd drive though. I use a USB dvd drive when I need to use dvd, but it doesn't happen often :p If you're to wait for the 450w psu, you could wait a long time.

Yes I do. Steve mentioned the one I tried in is review: * D-LINK Rangebooster DWA-140 Draft N Wireless 802.11 B/G/N USB Adapter * Buffalo WLI-UC-GN Wireless N Compact USB 2.0 Key 802.11B/G Draft N They are both working for me. I just plugged them in and Win7 (64) installed his own...

Hi! I can finally post to this wonderful forum! It's been a month since I have my system and yesterday I just received my Sg05 and I'm so thrilled! I have some questions for your guys. Having only a 4 pin rather than a 8 pin plugged into the board has what consequence if at all? I used the...
