I can't decide between one of these and a NEC 23inch IPS. The Samsung is barely more expensive.
I don't believe this is a subjective experience. There will always be a best at contrast, black level, response, and there's usually a clear winner in each size. From my experience, only IPS and TN panels are usable. VA panels have too many issues and are only suitable as TV's.
