CPU idle around 35-40c, load around 60c and gpu idle 30c load 45c. Everything run smooth, but the gpu heatsink fin getting really hot, and need fan to cool it.

Yes you will have to put in 400 degree oven for 20 min after put putty on hole, it will swell a little bit, you will have to sand it down with 120 grit till smooth then putty over and bake 400 degree for 20 min again then sand with 250 grit then 400 grit till smooth that's it. Now it should be...
