Promo hasn't started yet, but this seemed like a pretty good deal.

I'm building a rig for a friend and she wants it white themed in a Thermaltake Core P3 Snow. Having some trouble finding a white themed PSU at 650-850W. The only two I've found that I think have any hope of ever being restocked are the Corsair RMx White series and the PC Power & Cooling Silencer...
I ordered an Asus Maximus XI Formula but I'm having second thoughts for two reasons:
1. the board hasn't shipped yet so the gorgeous package with my i9 is languishing on my shelf
2. the VRM marketing wank has me second guesting this round of Asus boards
I've used only Asus since Abit went under...
The stand for this monitor was lost. It's a two part deal with a circular base and leg that bolts to the base and slides into a receptacle in the bottom of the monitor. All of the VESA adapters require that leg at the very least.
I can't find this anywhere except a sketchy ebay listing that...
My computer is the center of my entertainment, which includes gaming, and file serving to other devices the house (no transcoding).
i7-950 d0 4.0Ghz running at 1.248v for ...6 years+
Custom loop with a dedicated 360mm rad to itself

I'm still rocking the system in my sig and I've been planning an upgrade but the mainboard selection makes me think I should wait. It's like we're in the limbo between major chipset releases.
Z170 seems like a half measure and the boards make me think I'm building a budget system.
X99 seems...
Looking for the clip on fan that comes with the board and a water block specifically for the Rampage 3 Formula.
If someone wants to unload a GTX 680 full coverage block, I might take that as well.
PM or post in the thread.
I used to use FrozenCPU but after the drama a while back, I have some doubts.
I need to build a new loop to handle the CPU and video on a new pc. I'll definitely be overclocking and I'll need everything, so a site that sells it all would be a plus.
Looking for an inexpensive Koolance block for an Asus Rampage III Formula (MB-ASR3F), thought maybe someone around here would have one laying around. Also wouldn't mind a reference 680 full coverage block if someone has one on the cheap.
Planning my next build and I'm getting away from the monstrous cases I've always used.
The main requirements are:
ATX or mATX board
Full size ATX PSU
Space for a full size graphics card
at least 1x 3.5", 1x2.5", and 1x 5.25"
Motherboard must mount horizontally.
I'm open to any advice...
I'm looking to buy a new or used laptop. I'm hoping someone here has some experience with what I plan to use it for and can give some brand/model recommendations so I don't have to sift through the vast pit of search results I'm getting.
I'm going to be using it for programming PLCs, data...
I'm trying to find a keyboard I'd consider perfect to throw in a backpack to tote to LAN parties and maybe even use as my primary keyboard at home.
Small footprint, backlit, normal sized keys, and preferably wired. I can deal with wireless if I have to.
Cherry G84-4100 would be perfect if...
I just had a hole show up on the end of one of my rads. It's less than two years old and I only use distilled water in my loop. It leaked on my 480 and took it out (RIP )
Looking up reviews of rads didn't really give me much of an idea of brand quality but my entire loop is Koolance and...
Koolance VID-NX480
My 480 died so I won't need this anymore. I've cleaned it up (inside and out), checked the condition of all the seals and packaged it in the original packaging.
Comes with all the bolts and washers needed for mounting. The pads are in good shape but extra material is...
I'm getting an occasional hissing noise, maybe once every few minutes. I can't figure out what the hell it is. It sounds like water being sprayed through a nozzle.
The loop has no leaks and when I lay my case on it's side (pictured side up, of course) for a while the noise won't come back...
I have a small newton keyboard (model number: x0044) and a keyspan adapter P/N: USA-28
The adapter is basically USB to 2x serial (maybe rs-422?)
My wife loves this keyboard and try as I might I can't find any sort of driver for the adapter. I get nothing when I plug it into a windows box...
I'm sleeving some of my wires and at the moment I'm marking the wires for the order they go in the connector.
For the PCI-E 8 pin and 6 pin, they're all either 12v or ground. Does it matter what order the wires are put back in? I can't see far enough into the PSU to see where they are...
Black face
Preferred red backlight
Will be controlling 6x 120mm fans. (0.5 amp each)
I'd prefer it to have the cabling with it because that stuff is a tad pricey if I buy it separately. Let me know what you've got.
Planning my first WC build and ran into a problem finding some info.
All of my compression fittings are ID13 x OD16 (1/2ID x 5/8OD)
Is using 3/4OD tubing a mistake? I don't have any to experiment on so I'm guessing that I could "maybe" squeeze it through the outer nut but I'm just not sure...

I picked up some water cooling gear from another forum user to use in my next build.
I've considered different ways to mod my Antec 900 to make this work and I can't come up with anything that I really like. The best I could come up with is to mount one of the rads in the front but I would...
I'm preparing to upgrade my box and I'm deciding which route I want to go with video cards.
Either a 480, which will cost approx $400 thanks to PNY
or two 460s.
Both solutions will run the games I want to play at the resolutions and detail settings I want so the extra performance from the SLI...
I've been using Chrome more lately but I noticed something that annoyed me about it while browsing the hardforum.
Picture links appear as links in Chrome while the pictures simply load in Firefox. I've looked for a setting to make Chrome behave the same way but I'm coming up empty.
Anyone have...
I'm running win7 64
Asus Rampage formula (ICH9R)(bios 0902)
Using Intel's (RST) drivers (9.6.0.1014)
Using an OCZ Vertex LE 100g as my boot drive
other hardware in the sig.
I've been running with this setup (minus the SSD, 2 raptors instead) for a while and it's been rock solid until I got this...
