Yeah, I'm holding on to my P8400 laptop, but I'll probably buy a new 24nm SSD when they're out. 22nm ivy bridge feels like the limit of what's possible in terms of die shrinks, so that will be a good time to upgrade IMO.
I've found a review of an asrock-h67m m-atx board, and it has the ability to OC! I hope we'll see the same ability from the m-itx boards...:D
The review at OCW:

are my eyes deceiving me or what?
I'd like to see a high quality gigabyte/asus mITX motherboard (HQ unlike zotac and their revisions) with USB 3.0 and/or the new SATA standard. The lack of a southbridge should enable manufacturers to fit a USB 3.0 controller in its place, but what do I know...
Yeah, this case is very well built for under 100$. I like the heaviness of the steel, and it's pretty decent looking.
GPU-wise I'm going for the new AMD cards in my "light gaming" ISK 300 system. The core i3 GPU is probably enough for the HTPC (Also ISK 300).
Does anyone know if another mobo-manufacturer besides intel has announced a mini-itx board for LGA1156? I'd like to have some settings for OC or undervolting available...
Blazestorm, could you tell me the revision of your DC/DC board? I'm not sure if it matters, but it might.
I want to be as confident as possible before I plug in the 120W adapter.:o
I wonder if it'll support the new 32nm core i3s. If not I hope that zotac releases a core i3 board soon ^^.
I've just ordered an ISK 300, and I'll either go for an "old" zotac + e5200 setup or wait for the i3 awesomeness. That plus a LP radeon card, when they're out. Can't wait...
Well, I'd like to upgrade my current system (e2160), but I don't really need the 4 cores. At the same time I'd like a fairly small and silent system.
I guess the stock PSU is silent enough.
What about a passive HD 5500-5600-ish card (when whey're out)? Should consume a lot less power.
I'm not a hard core gamer, but I would like to play dragon age origins on a reasonable gfx setting.
Hi
I'm thinking about building a silent Core i3 system with the SG05.
This is how I think:
* Replace PSU with 150W picopsu.
* Use a passively cooled HD5750 (PowerColor Radeon HD5750 SCS3) (Doubt it'll fit)
* Im not sure about the CPU fan yet. Pherhaps I can run it passively too with...
