I recently bought a 6tb Wd red. I was going to go with the Hgst but I read quite a few reviews about loud idle noise. Anyone have these and can comment?

I am in for one. Should be an upgrade over my m4. Now should I swap this with the M4 and use the MX100 as my system drive or use MX100 as my photoshop and games drive?

I'm surprised this discussion is allowed. Lying about having bought a PC in the past few months in order to reduce the cost of a W8 upgrade is no different than asking for pirated copies of the software.

Okay say you install buy the W8 upgrade and install it. Later on you want to upgrade your OS hard drive. Will you need to reinstall W7 and then install the W8 upgrade?

Can anyone confirm if the upgrades work for family editions or oem editions?
