I'd have to check. The 640 I purchased new myself so I'm sure the warranty would transfer on that one, I'm pretty sure XFX cards have lifetime transferrable warranties. The 640 I bought from someone on hard forums 6 months or so ago, I never asked about any warranty or got anything from them...
