so this biostar TP67XE, on page 12 of the manual, it says plug in BOTH 8pin ATX cables if you are overclocking is this necessary? will it provide 5ghz stability at lower vcore or something?

been running my cyclone 460 at 905 core 1.087v for the past week or two, i ran a bunch of kombuster / 3dmarks vantage tests when i first set it to 905, and it all passed fine now 1-2 weeks later after light usage/gaming, i felt a slight choppiness in game so i decided to run 3dmarks...

i have 2x2GB DDR3 1600mhz but in windows it always shows a maximum of 3gbs available... i went into resource monitor and it shows that 25% is being used and that's just when i boot up any idea what's the problem?

x4 955 be oc'd w/ h50 ocz ssd 4gb ddr3 600w ocz modxstream can i go w/ a GTX 465? or should i be safe and get the GTX 460 because it draws less power?

i paid $200 for the 5830, but i do have a $20 msi rebate for it, but i doubt that'll ever show so there's the gtx 460 1gb for $210, is it worth returning the 5830 and getting the gtx for $10 more? or just save the hassle and use the hd5830?
