From what I read, wiki said that the game was pretty sucessfull, stating, "The game has sold over seven million copies, and it is the fastest-selling Star Wars video game." So I don't see how "fail" was explained in this article.

Exactly, there is no really stress in just waiting for a game. Here I am, and I JUST got MW2 for my xbox. I waited a while before I could get the money to buy the game, but there was just more pressing matters that required the money before I could get the game.
