Full transparency, these cards have been used for mining. I've made what I wanted out of the venture and decided to sell off my fleet. All of the 1070Ti's were used for three months and the 1070's were used for six months.

I've got a few of both, the 6gb and 3gb, and honestly, there isn't that much of a tangible difference. Or at least not at my workloads w/ 1080p and/or mining.
I shop occasionally at newegg since I don't have to pay sales tax (for now) and have Shoprunner for 2 day shipping. All retailers are guilty of price gouging, so you always have to shop around.
