Any idea why my refresh rate seems to be locked at 59hz in windows 7? I have the option to change it to 60hz but it automatically reverts back to 59hz after I accept the changes.
The 21st after 5pm so the order wasn't placed until the 22nd.
Yeah I tried that, there was nothing. I called them and they're sending me a label to ship the old one back.
I got my replacement u2410 today and it's flawless. Zero stuck/dead pixels, menu buttons work...it's great!
Are they supposed to send me another box or a fedex label to ship the busted one back? I've gone through the contents of the 2nd box and there is nothing.
My replacement is going to be here tomorrow and I'm hoping it will be problem free. The one I have now is extremely fucked.
The menu buttons have never worked and now it doesn't want to turn off when I hit the power button or enter sleep mode when I turn off my computer. I can't get it to...
Why do you need the service tag? Isn't that only for desktops/laptops? When I called last night for my replacement they asked for the order number and serial number.
If my replacement isn't perfect I'm probably going to get my money back and get the hp.
I got my U2410 today and not only do I have 2 stuck pixels (obnoxious on a white background) my menu buttons don't work at all. They're completely unresponsive except for the power button. I'm already getting a replacement sent and apparently this is somewhat common.
Other than that it's great...
