I just reinstalled Win Xp pro on mine Saturday because i upgraded to a new board and processor. Now after a bios flash (and a flash back to the original one), it seems to be taking forever to want to boot. It spends 30-40 sec on the splash screen and then goes black for 10-30 seconds before...

I have that same board. Have you considered that the mem you stated says 2.1v and the board default setting is 1.8v?? Mine works fine at 1.8v on 2 sticks but maybe with 4 sticks in there, there is not enough power for all 4.
