Also, Newegg has the MSI R4850-2D512-OC Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card -...
I have one of these and they do get pretty hot, but not any hotter than the standard 4850. Never had any gameplay problems because of heat. Also, got my rebate approved in 6 weeks.
A Newegg CSR invited me to give Newegg a review on ResellerRatings and to link her to my review after I do it. I did, and they sent me a Newegg Canon hat, pretty cool.
First I want to thank a573573/Lsdmeasap for all the helpful info over at TT.
Do you guys recommend enabling LLC or Dynamic Energy Saver after a stable OC? Right now my Sig Rig BIOS voltage is 1.281, my CPU-Z voltage is 1.248 idle and 1.232/1.216 during load. My main priority is to increase...
True, but you can cancel your order with just a click of the mouse if it hasn't shipped yet. That way, if it's getting too close to the deadline for comfort and it still hasn't shipped, you can just cancel the order and be done with it with no fee's to worry about.

750W is just the ceiling for watt usage. If your using 300 watts on your 400W PSU, you'll still be using 300 watts on a 750W PSU. If anything, your electric rates will be cheaper since this PSU has a high efficiency.
The extra GPU memory is only worth it at higher resolutions. Very little difference at 1440 x 900. You get much more bang for the buck with a 4870 compared to the GTX 260. Newegg had a couple of days ago an ASUS 4870 512mb for $145 shipped with a $30 rebate on top of that. I'd like to see Nvidia...
I dunno why Newegg gets a bad rap for shipping hard drives; I bought a WD6400AAKS from them a month ago and it was shipped bubble wrapped in a big box with a ton of packing peanuts. This was from their CA warehouse.
I currently have my hard drive installed on the regular yellow sata connector. Is there a performance difference between sata and the purple gsata connector?
