well powerdvd9 will be out in march and u will be able to play bluray inside media center now. powerdvd works in win7

u need deamon tools to mount the iso and u can playback in tmt or powerdvd if u get the my movies plugin u can do that inside media center

amd fanboy here and i say just get a new intel mb and sick with your current chip.

get yourself a good stereo headphones and get a soundcard that does 3d sound.

tmt integrates into media center and new powerdvd will also when that comes out

stick with the xfi and the pc350 is great headset
