Yes, it's hard work to remove the disk and put an new one inside, but I like to work on my PC's :D

Yes that's the Battery- Pack. It's not as good as a USV but it save your raid during a power breakdown. I'm happy that you like my work! :) I like to change the SAS to Sata adapters to clean the case like my big on.
