Looks like a DNSSEC misconfiguration. There are no problems if you try to resolve hardocp.com win a DNNSEC unaware resolver.

It appears that, according to legitreviews, the GTX 4X0 doesn't throttle down with a dual monitor configuration. Nvidia take on the issue :

The only options for GPU assisted encoding are Badaboom (Nvidia only) and MediaShow Espresso. Neither can match the quality an flexibility of the open source X264 encoder.
For serious h264 encodes use X264.

No, the shader code actually does an aRGB to sRGB conversion using the graphics card. No matter how much you play with the color controls you ain't gonna get that.
The wide gamut is a non-issue IMO. At least in regard with movie playback. Just use Media Player Home Cinema and modify the color space with a custom shader. Here are the results

I've only used BCC to measure luminance, adjust the RGB values and validation. The actual profiling was done in Eye One Mach 3. ( the RGB and luminance measurements are subpar in EOM3)
