I use virtualdub to edit my FRAPS videos, when I load the files, my memory usage is at about 40% to 60% usually, this number gradually increases as I scroll through the frames and will get into the 90s, if I stop and wait a few minutes it drops, but very little compared to how much and how fast...

I record my S.T.A.L.K.E.R. videos (yes, some people still play) with FRAPS capped at 40 FPS, but when I watch the videos after they've been encoded with Virtualdub in WMP my FRAPS FPS counter shows 60 FPS for the video even though the raw footage was capped at 40 FPS... why is this...? :confused:
