why can't you configure Network adapter and network adapter 2 independently to bridge to different host NICs? if i change one it changes the other. if i check both boxes for both network adapter and network adapter 2 i can only access one of them.
what am i missing?! see image
i basically want...
ive pretty much boiled down my choices to square or paypal pro.
square pros:
i like square because there is no monthly fee and smaller percent however i do have to pay one time $85 for an extension to integrate it into magento (unless i am missing something here)
its a trusted and overall...
i am looking for a live view video solution very similar to a baby monitor concept. both the camera and the live view device must be small and battery powered. i need somewhere around 600 foot range.
go pros do not work. the live view range is pathetic at best.
baby monitor doesn't work because...
my iphone 7 was having severe issues staying on the verizon network. i swapped SIM card and it still showed no service. the useless folks at the store had no idea how to fix it. i decided to back up the phone and do a fresh restore. backup finished successfully. when i tried to restore i...

in the past i have always gone with a non network camera/baby monitor for all the obvious reasons. but they are expensive and my son broke it. so now i am tempted to get a cheaper network camera. all my network security experience involves very expensive appliances and hardware in a medium to...
i was all set to finally pick up a ps4 with the release of uncharted. but i figured i would wait until e3 to see what hardware changes were coming to the ps4. well that didn't happen. so now i am stuck on either waiting for the new hardware release or buying one now knowing a new one is probably...
what i am looking for is a better way to collect emails from hardware (such as UPS). i have a lot of hardware that i care about and SMTP is the only reliable way to get an alert. but i don't want them coming to my email. i would love some time of collector that could receive the emails and...
anyone recommend a decent 40" touch screen overlay? i can't replace the display unfortunately. an overlay or a corner to corner device would work. thoughts?
i deployed a new HP server to a remote site with a few virtual machines. the VM that is the domain controller, for whatever reason, decides that after a period of time (couple hours) will go dark to the network. i can't RDP, ping, or do anything to reach the server. however, if i hop on vsphere...
looking at diving into FreePBX with ubiquiti unifi VOIP solution. if i want to host FreePBX in the most optimal place, where?
i thought maybe an amazon ec2 instance but i am concerned about QoS and bandwidth. so i thought i could host it locally (we have 2 different ISPs with incredible...
this is what it looks like when the page loads:
and this is what happens if you move the map:
what is going on? never seen this before? jquery version issue? permission on some temp folder issue?
using centos web server running drupal + address + geocode
so, about 6 months ago we got away from our super old 3COM PBX and phone system (multicast hell anyone?) and went with simple signal VOIP solution. we loved that it used polycom phones, hosted in cloud (we have tons of remote offices), and wasn't outrageously priced. that is about where the love...
so i have an asus maximus VI impact mobo and an i7 4790k. when i power up the box i get a Q-CODE of 00 and fans are spinning and there is a red light on but no video and no post.

i have a lightly used brother MFC-9970 cdw that after a few minutes of not being touched, used, or accessed just stop responding. the print server shows it as offline and if you browse to it with a web browser it is not accessible. however, you can ping it all day long, that works. if you use...
no budget necessarily, imagine a conference room where there are 4-8 inputs and 3 screens. we want the capability for user1 to choose source1 monitor3 and whatever video is in source 1 shows up on monitor 3. then user2 can select source 2 monitor 2 and their content shows up on monitor 2 etc ...
i have a cisco 3560 setup and all my vlans and access ports are working fine. port 24 is a trunk (fiber to ethernet) that ties back to the main building. port 23 goes to the access point that requires vlan 9 and 16 (guest and secure vlans). so i setup port 23 as a trunk allowing the 2 vlans and...
i have comcast business class internet and using their gateway. i cannot for the life of me get any traffic over any specific port through the gateway. i have called and they tell me they see nothing that would be blocking the traffic from their end. i do not have a static IP.

so, you have corp office on a 10.10.0.0/16 network, you have a branch office on a 172.16.254.0/24 network, and that branch office has an interface on the firewall configured to talk to a separate vendors devices on a 192.168.100.0/24 network. you setup static NAT to basically NAT a device on the...
due to limiting circumstances,
network 1 (192.168.100.0/24): we have a router with only 2 ports on it: 1 for internet and 1 for the switch.
network 2 (172.16.254.0/24): juniper srx 210 and cisco 3560 switch.
network 2 needs to access a specific device on network one. the vendor is...
deploying two servers to a remote location. rather than doing shared storage and vmware motion to move the VMs back and forth between physical hosts, is there a simpler cheaper way? i essentially want nightly or weekly duplication of the primary host to the secondary host. the primary host will...
a mac user is connecting through the SSL VPN watchguard utility. he connects just fine and then goes to finder and does: smb://ip/share and it pops up with a login window. he selects registered user and then types in his active directory username and password. the window just blinks.

is there a way to setup an email alert sent to sysadmin if someone copies a large amount of files (i know this is pretty open ended so maybe allow him to define the size or amount) or at least setup an alert if certain folders are copied?
so i didn't believe this until a coworker reproduced it in front of me.
working in an excel workbook, saved locally, you can select cells but you cannot type in them. scrolling with the mouse does not work either. now if you grab the slider bar you can scroll but thats it. to fix the problem...
i need to purchase an SSL for a domain whose registrar is one company, and the hosting is another. where do i purchase the SSL for the easiest installation? also can it be installed on JUST the subdomain?
we have a site running in IIS using windows authentication. when you browse to the site it pops up with a login window, you type in your domain credentials (username and password) and you login. HOWEVER, some users are reporting that it does not like their new password and they have to use their...
