Greetings community,
Ok I have a dilemma, and I would like your guys opinions on it:
- I want to mix an ATI + NVIDIA cards in the same mobo. An Asus P6T Deluxe, and I have WIndows 7 Home Premium 64bit installed. So I was wondering, first of all, if it's possible or not to do.
- Second, my...
Where did you buy the mem dude? Can you provide the link? I'm also looking for upgrading to 12 gb of ram on my P6T Deluxe that has 6gb of Corsair Dominator + DHX (CM3X2G1333C9D6). Thanks for your help!
These drivers are the worst so far... since they were crashing on my setup, I decided to do a fresh reinstall of Vista SP2 to see if it would work then: no luck, the new Vista install wouldn't even get to the logon screen without BSODing.. back to 9.4 for me. Hope they fix this bug sometime soon.
UPDATE: my fears where made reality when I boot up in the morning, and the BSOD appeared. In the AMD game Forums there has been talk that if you uninstall CCC, it will work.... damn you ATI for making pass through this problem one more time.
These are the best drivers yet.. all my games work fine, no "display driver has stopped working" errors (Crysis, Mass Effect, Bioshock, UT3, and believe it or not KOTOR2; these old games put some stress on these new GPUs.. unbelievable but true). Photoshop GPU enhancements are also working...
I think you should lower it to 700/800... maybe that will help with the crashing. sometimes my card behaves that way as well (random crashing, games not loading, etc).
Hey clockdogg, thanks for the reply. I kind don't understand what you are trying to tell me... Do I have to connect a USB cable apart from the normal power and video connectors?
Hello,
I finally purchased this beast of a monitor, and I'm generally very glad about its nice picture quality and responsivness. The only thing that bothers me is that the USB hubs are not working.. I'm not sure what's causing the problem, but it seems that the monitor is sending power to the...
Awesome thread esumsea747 - i'm in exactly the same professional position as you, as a visual creator with the need of a somewhat cheap professional solution. I just made my choice for the HP model as well, thanks to this thread. It's going to be a while for it to come to me though (since I'm in...

Hey, I'm a graphic designer living in Ecuador. My website/portfolio can be found at http://www.franciscogalarraga.com . Reading and browsing through the forums I decided to register to ask a few questions. Currently I use an old 17 inch Samsung SyncMaster 753. It has been useful so far but I'm...
