It say e,b and p lines are upgraded to LED. this one is a P
Maybe i was the lucky one, my lcd didnt have the high pitch buzzing sound. Unless you literally put your ears next to it. Also i didnt have the un-defeatable edge sharpening issue that you have either. The colors were good out of the box. I have a 2008 april build date. I would recommend if you...
i am looking for 27-30inch led back-lighting monitor? what are my choices? Current or coming out soon.
the imac looks great, but seem like no one can hook up a pc to it. (also if it can be work, the mac has to be turn on, more electric)
dell u2711 is not led.
All the 30incher are dated...
i would go for 40inch and above , since they can play true 24p(120hz). all 37in and lower is 60hz. dont know if you compare 120hz to a 60hz, its a huge difference to me.
i have a 37inch and i sit 5 feet away which is perfect for 1080p movies games. as for text i had to do a lil tweaking. first i turn it to 120dpi and second i turn my sharpness to 0 and mess around with some other option. i use my hdtv around 2 to 3 hours reading everyday and im ok. Plus i...
i have a 37 inch and use it as my main. avg about 6 hrs a day 2 hrs surfing the net and reading stuff and otheres are games and movies. I LOVE IT and will never go back. my sofa about 5 feet away
i have the 37lz800 and sitting about 5-6 feet away, 1920 by 1080. i started with 96dpi and my eyes get tired if i read text for 3+ hours so i change it to 120dpi and it helps alot. the text is still sharp
i was in a situation like you, here my break down
i play game most of the time= hdtv win
watching blu ray movies= hdtv win
reading forums surfing net= pc montior win
sitting on my sofa playing AOC, COD4, TF2 on my wireless keyboard and mouse= hdtv win
i dont do photo editing so i pick...
i dont have the 32 panny but i have the 37lz800. Also i dont hear any buzzing sound, unless you stick your ear to the back of your unit. ITS a gear unit, ill recommend it. using it as a comp monitor also
easy one, for computer use get toshiba , everything else get sharp. sharp has the multi text tech thing which is not good for computer use. also if you playing games, get toshiba has lower input lag
20fps in old T is pretty bad, thats wierd tho. I am running 8800 ultra on a 37inch 1920x1080. I rarely get under 50fps in old T. Running my setting on high. the only thing i have higher then you is QX6800 processor. Also i am running 4gb but only 3 gb being use as i have vista 32.
i dont use any of the panny settings, as vivid is to bright and game mode is too dark. i use custom, 1 for movies and computer use and 1 for gaming. movies and gaming is almost like vivid mode but a notch down, and gaming is almost like gaming but a notch up. Xbr i mess around with it at circuit...
i am typing on 37lz800 panny right now. Loving it, i am sitting about 4 feet away and its perfect. when i watch blu ray , just recline back and itll be perfect distance for 1080p. I have research hardcore against samsung roshiba sharp and sony. I pick panny because of picture is more vivid then...
i am not sure, thats why i put if i remember correctly. i thought the 650 was semi glossy and a550 was matte. Is it that much cheaper online then retail store?
as for input lag for a650 i wouldnt know, but so far panny doesnt have any lag playing cod4,AOC and TF2. comparing the black level, the panny win on that. also picture look more vivid then the a650. even tho the a650 has a better contrast ratio but to the eyes, panny win. As for humming sound...
need more info other then BEST.
picture? lag? how many inputs? etc etc
As for me i would recommend the panny lz800 , i have a 37in one and loving it. MY opinion would go like this
panny lz 800
samsung a650
sony xbr6
sharp
LG
toshiba
But if your using it as a PC monitor then...
I am curious how i got 4gb of ram running on vista32? last week i check bios say 4gb and 3gb on windows. Now i just check it to show my friend and it say 4gb. How did that happen? i am not complaining but it seem very odd. so does vista 32 support 4gb of ram now? i remember updating my graphic...
lol SH1 i was about to warn him about mulit pixel too. But its not too big, after using 37 ull prob. want a bigger screen. i just bought 37 lz800 myself and thinking it might be big, but now im loving it. As for the person who have the jerker desk, what is it? i am mounting my TV on the wall and...
i too was worry about the buzzing noise. i had to literally put my ear against the back of the tv to hear a tiny buzzing noise. as for native 1080p, i dont know if lz85 does it but my lz800 does thru dvi to hdmi. lz85 should be able too, since its the same thing as lz800 but without motion focus.
i havent try MS, but i havent touch MS for a long time. i was thinking the same for the price. Mainly i had my mind set on DS 263n with polarizer, but they were sold out. So i check out the hdtv for fun and found lots of info and pull the trigger. best decision i ever made. orginally i was gonna...
impression on lz800 lcd hdtv. hook it up thru dvi to hdmi 1920 by 1080. before i recieved the TV, i was scared of the text not looking good, after i hook it up, it looks good! Then i test it out with COD4, and all i can say is WOW. whole different experience playing on 37inch vs 22inch...
i just got 37lz800 for my PC, its my first lcd. whats the best way to check for dead pixel and also when i hook it up to a dvd player, it doest look clear. any input would greatly appreaciated
