Well I've already RMA the board because I noticed lose capacitor around the northbridge. I should get a new replacment in within a week or two. It's going to take 7 days just to get from my house to their rma department then 3-5 days at the rma then another 7 days to send the new one back.

Honestly I would go with something higher than 500w. 4870 probably would run with a 500w but are you planning on buying a new psu everytime you buy a graphics card? If you can afford it I would jump to like a 620 or higher if you could.
