Thanks everyone. Jumped the gun and assumed the CPU was shot due to the 95* temp reading.

Replaced CPU, same issue. Safemode locks up at loading AGP440.sys, same amount of time to lockup as trying to boot normally. Just goes black.

Whenever I try to load anything, it just freezes up. Ubuntu, same thing.

Yes it works pre-windows. I got into the BIOS but after that it doesnt do a damn thing, mouse or keyboard. This is ridiculous.
