I see no list of the "bad" hardware, I have had Spectrum for quite a while here in NY and I don't even get close to the advertised 100mbs. At best I get around 70.
Ran all three of the 1080p settings, my native res in both DX and OGL, and then a 4k optimized settings. Here are my results. One thing I did notice. This does not report CPU speed accurately as I am overclocked to 4Ghz and it doesn't show that. Also, my GPU is +150 core and +300 mem.
Techmoan is great. Might I also suggest AvE, Big Clive, and, if you are into maker stuff, Diresta, and maybe clickspring if you find mini machining interesting.
"Remember back when the food, service and atmosphere were all you needed"
No, but I remember when all I wanted was a cute hostess with huge tits......wait, that was just yesterday.
I currently have 50/5 internet and there is a company here that offers gigabit.....at 250 bucks a month. I want it for sure, but I can't pay that much for it. I'm patiently waiting for the Time Warner/Charter "Spectrum" rollout. I have been told I will get 300/30 for the same price I am paying...
I got my daughter a Blu Pure XL a few months ago. The thing is a complete beast for 350 dollars. It is faster than most phones that cost twice as much.
Let me know what you want to see me run. If it is free I will gladly do it. In the mean time here are a few I already had downloaded. Benches by Justin Updyke
Interesting points for sure. One thing that I DID do was get DDR4-3000 ram. I have no idea why I wrote 2133 except that I was a bit drunk when I made the original post.
I managed to get a pic that doesn't show the horrible wire management under my desk.
I bought the white LEDS because they were cheap. I am now regretting it and will be ordering an RGB strip later today.
Oh I am, I love this thing. I was more wondering what others might have done differently for around the same cost, just out of curiosity.
I would have been fine with the 750 for another year, but....Fallout 4. LOL
Just what the title says. I built it over the weekend and spent today tweaking overclocks and playing some fallout 4 to see how much better it is than my old system.
First, my old system was a Gigabyte p55 board with a core i5 750 @ 3.4 Ghz. It had 8GB of ram, a triple SSD raid array (OCZ...
Well, I ended up with plus 150 on the core and plus 450 on the memory. Both went higher but would crash on certain benchmarks. They were fine in games but if it crashes at all I don't want it. So over all I am happy with it. Now it is time to OC my CPU.
Oh I know that. I took "Don't bother with the voltage slider in AB cos it does fuck all but make the voltage unstable" to mean it was a problem with afterburner and not necessarily specific to the 980ti core.
I got the Corsair Carbide 600 C to house the new system.
Weird about the voltages. I got a better OC on my 970 with more voltage. Thanks for responding.
Just what it says on the tin. I have a Gold Edition (99.99) Divinity steam code for sale.
I am thinking 40 bucks, paypal only. If you want it PM me and I will provide my paypal address and then PM you the code upon receipt of payment.
Fair warning, I work 12 hour shifts from 6 pm to 630 am so...
Forgot to mention, the parts won't be here until monday and I won't be building until friday. IDK why that might matter but I didn't want anyone to think I had the parts sitting here right now.
Hey all, I just purchased a Gigabyte 980ti windforce along with a bunch of other parts to build a new system. IF anyone with experience with this card could give me some insight as to expected overclock, voltage settings, etc, etc it would be appreciated.
I just ordered a 980ti (along with a ton of other parts) a few minutes ago and will be getting a steam code for the gold edition of the game. I am sure I will be one of those selling it because I really have no interest in the game at all....still, a nice bonus if you take the retail cost of the...
I've been using Win 10 for a few months now with almost no problems at all. The one single problem I have is that every time there is an update and I reboot my internet connection is gone. All it takes is disabling then enabling the network adapter to fix it, so not a big deal.
It doesn't...
Oh I know it bottlenecks some games. I plan on building new in Feb next year so I may just have to turn some settings down until then.
BTW it is running 3.4GHz with a Corsair H80 cooler. Have to remember this is a multiplier locked 2.6GHz part normally.
