I was at the mall to take a look at the new droid turbo phone, and there were definitely long lines at the Microsoft Store in the Bellevue Square mall on the launch day. Then again, this is in msft county. Ended up picking one up myself after a 30 minute line. Pretty pleased with it so far.

It'll be interesting to see how the pricing for the GPE S4 and HTC One will play out since these are still the "flagship" phones on network carriers. I'm not convinced the price drops will come if it means the unlocked devices will cost cheaper than their locked counterpart on contract.

Yup, Sandybridge system. Odd, I seem to see my sig just fine. In any case, it's a 2600k tied to a MSI p67-gd65. Initially I thought it was the 'double cold boot' issue as well, however, I found out that turning off PLL Overvoltage got rid of this quirk.

might be a mobo setting. this was occurring for me with "PLL Overvoltage" enabled (4.6ghz @ 1.32v). Turning PLL Overvoltage off resolved this for me. See sig for rig specs.

What I did was route the HAF-X usb3 cables to the PSU shroud area, and just hid the connection there. Functional USB 3.0 ports in the front without the ugly blue cables running through the rear.

Leave XMP off. You probably needed to bump up your DRAM voltage to 1.65v to run it at 1600. Looks like you're good to go.

Ditto on suggestion #5. Try manually setting your RAM timings? These MSI boards sometimes have funky settings when left on auto.

Don't forget to adjust set the DRAM voltage to the appropriate value as well

Try manually entering your memory settings. Can't remember the exact area in the UEFI, but in the Overclock section, change your Memory settings to "linked". Then under "Advanced DRAM settings", set the corresponding values accordingly.
