I never understood the 700 W rating, on the power supply, as far as the electric bill. If i were to run my machine for 24 hours, how many kWh would i consume?

i've looked through the manual, checked the speaker settings, checked the bios, am i missing something here? The s/pdif light is not on. So either its missing a driver or a switch needs to be turned on.

Asus P5GC-MX with a E4400, how great is the combo for overclocking? I'm asking for someone else, i don't actually have this combo.
It has very limited overclocking options, as it is, and has no way of changing the vcore, even in manual mode.
I have to make my timing slower for me to be able to boot.
I have 2x2 DDR2 800mhz the default timing is 4-4-4-12. The current is 5-5-5-15.
There is a voltage rating of 2.2v, but i don't know if thats the max.
Any advice would be great.

when i have a normal vga cable installed i can see the bios and everything while it prompts. When im in DVI mode, i can't see anything until the windows drivers load up. Is this normal?:confused:

I was browsing walmart's website and at the corner of my eye, i see "apple TV". I click the link and was surprised. Then i look at apple's website and they claim HD movie rentals.

I want to connect my computer optical to a receiver. Would it help out my CPU if i had an external DAC or sound card. Or does it matter if its onboard or not? If my question isn't clear let me know :o
During most games i notice my x700 is taking the blunt of the workforce, my memory next, then very minor blip on my single core 3.0ghz p4.
I guess the point im trying to get at is, does the CPU play any part in game performance?
If it does, can someone show me a benchmark or something...
