code is only $20 off....too bad that barely covers the tax :(
thanks for the reminder tho :)
i'm considering that monitor or the w2408h due to the cool base and nice screen....too bad frys doesn't carry the asus so i can see for myself
a little update
^ work in progress.....ugh those power cables are too fat
i bought one of those killawatt ez devices.....transfering over my data to the samsungs in raid 0 *funny how they behave on a intel board vs the nvidia one*
right now its only pulling 75 watts...i'm just going...
yup it'll be a fun project...fitting all that stuff in tiny case and making it work
anyways i've decided to also recycle the 750 gig samsungs...they didn't behave on the abit but i'll just blame 680i chipset for that.....i'll just stripe them for a boot.....< 3.5 tb is a nice start i suppose...
a x1 graphics card lol no way, mavalpha was right as its the airspace wifi adapter *the software is annoying but i like the hardware*
actually saw a x1 to x16 adapter online but the point of this build is small and simple not a big monster like my current stacker build
the graphics are...
okey dokey, i'm a bit stuck and looking for a little help on this build
basically i'm recycling some current parts seeing how i mainly play games on my recently acquired asus g1 laptop *obviously not as good as a desktop but it works for me*
this is my first sff computer so i'm taking this...
i just want the gtx 100 series launched already so it'll bring down the geforce 8/9 prices more :(
anyways weak deals....can u even call these deals? lol
recent went into the new 40% off signage....but of course the computer related stuff was only 25 off at best....*sigh* bastards!
although it was funny seeing those now hiring signs everywhere
excuse me for the noobish question, but on this board will my 7950gx2 card run in sli mode as it just takes up a single pci-e x16.....or can i only run it in single card mode?
thanks :)
i'll just wait like most people who can't afford the newest hardware....i'm even still keeping my gx2 lol
although during the wait a mobo upgrade might be good...this board works fine but i bent some sata headers :(
u could always wait for the gtx 280 gx2 *whatever the name will be i forget* if u have the money to spend
or just go with the ati's card but the prices are still dropping
i still use my gx2 today, but i gotta say my ati 9250 pci card is the most reliable....i always use it to test random motherboards
i can kick it around, scratch it, throw it in a corner, and it still keeps working :)
