Beats me, every time i set the new voltage, it completely resets the clock mulitplier in my bios. However, i noticed in CPU-Z that the multiplier and clock speed go up and down as I am pressing stuff and executing stuff in windows. Is that normal? Oh and another failure on the voltage...

Well, I upped the voltage by one arrow click in the bios. This in turn has now made the computer slower when I boot into Windows. My front side bus went down? I never touched that setting at all. So now I am back down below 3ghz just by increasing the voltage to 1.231 (was originally at 1.225)...
