I found the cause - one of the 12V lines failed. It gave quite good 12V when idle, but once under load, voltage started dropping. I sent it for warranty repair.

Finally I bought a new one for around 700$. It's OK, picture quality is good enough for me. The only issue I found is that it takes long to detect DVI signal, so usually I can't see my POST screen.

Hye guys, I think I have the same problem. My PSU makes clicking sound, the blue LED inside flashes, computer front panel LED flash as well and the computer doesn't start up. I took it all apart, left only mobo / RAM / graphics and it still is like that. Sometimes it will click a couple times...
